Pricing Overview

Truck Genie is $10 per unit per month with a 5-unit minimum. "Unit" means any truck or towed unit (trailer) you add to the system. All features are included at every level — no tiers, no add-ons, no hidden fees.

Quick math 10 trucks = $100/month. 25 trucks = $250/month. 50 trucks = $500/month. Plus applicable sales tax.

Free Trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you'll receive an invoice preview showing what your first month will look like. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

How Billing Works

Adding or Removing Units

You can add or remove trucks from your account at any time.

Updating Payment Information

To update your credit card or payment method, go to your Account Settings in the Truck Genie dashboard. Payment information is managed securely through Stripe — Truck Genie never stores your full card number.

Note If you need help updating your payment information, contact support and we'll walk you through it.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hoops to jump through.

Common Billing Questions

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. You'll receive an email notification. If the issue isn't resolved within a few days, your account may be paused until payment is updated. We'll always reach out before taking any action on your account.

Can I pay annually?

Not yet — but we're considering it. If annual billing is important to you, let us know at support@truckgenie.app.

Do you offer discounts for larger fleets?

Our standard pricing is $10/unit for all fleet sizes. If you're running 50+ units and want to discuss your needs, reach out — we're happy to have a conversation.
