Enter your company name, address, and DOT number (if applicable). This information appears on work orders and reports.
Add each vehicle in your fleet. For each unit you'll enter: unit number (your internal identifier), year, make, model, VIN (optional but recommended), and current mileage. Takes about 2 minutes per truck.
Add drivers, mechanics, and other team members who need access. Each user gets their own login. Drivers will primarily use the mobile app for DVIRs; mechanics and managers use the web dashboard.
